Cuprum Metallicum: Cuprum Metallicum has marked action on cramps of digits. Flexor type of cramps. It is also useful in convulsions starting with cramps in digits. During cholera there is cramps in extremities with pain in soles and calves with great weariness of limbs. Clonic spasm beginning in fingers and toes spreading over the entire body. 
Veratrum Album: Veratrum Album is useful in cramps during diarrhoea. During stools there is colic with cramps commencing in hands and feet spreading all over the body, with cold sweat on forehead. There is great prostration after stools. Diarrhoea also before and during menses. Cramps in calves worse at night. Cramps with coldness of the feet. 

Directions:  Adults: Take 4-5 pellets or tablets orally by mouth and allow them to dissolve in few minutes time. Repeat at least 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before or after food. Similarly take the second remedy after a gap of 30 minutes, make sure to remember the sequence. Children: Half of the adult dose.
